Fit LIV Health and Wellness Clinic was created by two Emergency Room nurses: John Sutcliffe & Kelsey Normile.

Kelsey grew up on the East side, loves playing sports, and currently lives in Fairview Park with her husband and three small children. Kelsey has been an emergency room nurse for over 13 years, and throughout that time, has obtained her MSN, MBA and her FNP. She has obtained additional certifications to provide direction in medical weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy, & perform botox and filler injections.  

John, an emergency room nurse and Air Force veteran, is also an avid gym enthusiast. Originally from Avon, he now lives in North Ridgeville with his wife a cat and a dog. With a strong passion for wellness, John enjoys helping others become the healthiest versions of themselves.

The brand flourished rapidly, expanding to two more locations which required the need for more hands.

In 2023, Fit LIV welcomed Katie Kristof, and in 2024, Patrice DaCosta, who officially completed the FL family of four. Both Katie and Patrice are BSN , RN and highly qualified for Aesthetics services.

In the summer of 2024 Fit LIV added Charissa Wolf FNP to service the Akron area.

North Ridgeville Hours: Thursdays 2pm-5:30pm Or By Appointment

Mayfield Heights Hours: One Wednesday a month 2pm-5pm
