Fit LIV Health & Wellness Clinic was founded by two seasoned emergency medicine professionals, John Sutcliffe and Kelsey Normile with a shared commitment to advancing patient wellness through evidence-based, personalized care. Drawing on extensive clinical experience, they developed a practice that blends modern functional medicine, hormone optimization, and aesthetic treatments within a safe, supportive environment.

Kelsey Normile, MSN, MBA, FNP-C
Kelsey brings over 13 years of emergency nursing experience to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and has completed advanced training in medical weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy, and aesthetic procedures including Botox and dermal fillers. A lifelong Clevelander, Kelsey currently resides in Fairview Park with her husband and three children.

John Sutcliffe, BSN, RN
John is a U.S. Air Force veteran and Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). His background in emergency medicine, combined with a strong personal passion for health and fitness, informs his practical, patient-centered approach to wellness. He lives in North Ridgeville with his wife and their two pets, and is dedicated to helping clients achieve sustainable improvements in health, strength, and vitality.

Our Growth
Since opening its doors, Fit LIV has rapidly expanded to meet growing patient demand. With a focus on accessibility and quality of care, the clinic now operates across three locations in Northeast Ohio.
